All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class.
If you receive a Royal Mail attempted delivery card please contact them immediately using the details on the card.
If unfortunately, you have not received a card we recommend that you first look all over your property as Royal Mail may have left your package in a safe location, away from the view of the public. Also, please check with your family members and neighbours to see if they have seen your package.
If despite these steps you do not find your package, we contact your local Royal Mail depot.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct prior to completing your order, as these details cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be shipped on the following Monday or next business day.

Here at Voice of Nature, we stand by our product. That is why we offer a happiness guarantee. If by chance you are not satisfied with your Voice of Nature product, let us know via email or phone call 01202985230. If you are within the first 30 days of your first full purchase we will honor a full refund of the product.
For all subsequent purchases, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product as long as it is in its original condition and unopened. All we ask is that the product is not used and is in the same condition you received it as well as in the original box and/or packaging.
We will ask in all the above cases for the products to be sent to the following address. Please send your package using a courier that can provide tracking and insurance. Voice of Nature is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your item has shipped, please email the tracking number for your returned product so we can process your refund in a timely manner. Please keep your postal receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed as we may need to see this if we fail to receive your return product. Any products return postage costs is to be paid by the customer, Voice of Nature will not pay for the postage return costs.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing or email within 7 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
For any damage/faulty or incorrect products received, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a delivery cost equivalent to the cost of delivery.
We do our best to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment.
