Shipping process

COVID-19: We are still shipping as normal, but delivery may possibly be delayed due to local carrier restrictions.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class.

  • When you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email from us. This email will contain all products you have ordered, acknowledged of receipt and shipping address details.
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive “Shipping Confirmation” email from us to notify you of this. 

If you receive a Royal Mail attempted delivery card please contact them immediately using the details on the card. 

If unfortunately, you have not received a card we recommend that you first look all over your property as Royal Mail may have left your package in a safe location, away from the view of the public. Also, please check with your family members and neighbours to see if they have seen your package.

If despite these steps you do not find your package, we contact your local Royal Mail depot. 

If this doesn’t help, contact us at info@voiceofnature.co.uk and we’ll get it sorted.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct prior to completing your order, as these details cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be shipped on the following Monday or next business day.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Voice of Nature so we offer a no-hassle returns policy.

Products purchased from www.voiceofnature.co.uk can be returned to us for refund or exchange upon conditions are met. Please contact us at info@voiceofnature.co.uk with details of your order to arrange a return or exchange – we will advise you the appropriate UK return address when we receive your request.

All return or refund requests must be made within 30 days of goods receipt. You must show us proof of purchase and the original product/s must be returned to us unopened and in its original condition. You are responsible for all the postage charges.

For any damage/faulty or incorrect products received, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. You will need to present proof of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded or in the case of damaged, defective or incorrect products.

If you make an error when ordering online we will gladly exchange your product for the one you intended to purchase. The original product must be returned to us unopened and in its original condition. You are responsible for all postage charges.

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. You must show us proof of purchase and the original product/s must be returned to us unopened and in its original condition. You are responsible for all the postage charges.

 

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a delivery cost equivalent to the cost of delivery.

Please use a secure tracked and signed service such as Royal Mail or a Courier provider when sending back an order. Please also ensure that your full name and order number is confirmed inside the parcel so we can identify the order placed and contact you as soon as possible.

Please keep your postal receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed as we may need to see this if we fail to receive your return.

We do our best to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment.
